Directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and ensures customer satisfaction. Prepare monthly reports and budget for the front office department.
Qualifications and position description:
Bachelor Degree or higher, with excellent spoken and written English, interpersonal, communication, self-motivation and organizational skills. Another language is desirable. Trains supervises and coached Front office team members in accordance with established productivity and performance standards.
Minimum of three-year experience in related field.
